In the event of malfunction, we have authentic parts and instruments from the manufacturer to repair and troubleshoot.

Direction to our Service Center:

  • By Car - Drive up to level 5 new wing carpark and park near "extraSpace". Enter the metal door leading to warehouse, turn right and you will see a "Spectra" logo at the end of the corridor.
  • By Public Transport - When you reach IMM Building, take the travellator/elevator near/at Lobby B to level 5, exit to the carpark and cross to the opposite end of the carpark and enter the metal door leading to warehouse. Turn right and you will see a "Spectra" logo at the end of the corridor.
